CANCELLATIONS

• Cancellations or changes made outside of 36 hours from the scheduled walk/service time will incur no extra charge. 
• Cancellations within a 24-36 hour window prior to scheduled dog walk or service will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled rate for the service.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full rate. 

RUSH WALKS

Walks scheduled within 24 hours or less of the scheduled service time will incur an additional +$5 "rush fee".

WEATHER POLICY

For everyone's safety and comfort, in mild-to-moderate inclement weather (or in temperatures below 35 degrees or above 85 degrees), walks will be shortened to 20 minutes. In severe inclement weather, all walks will be shortened to 10-15 minutes.

WEEKEND, EVENING, and HOLIDAY WALKS

DogNerdNYC’s business hours are 10am-6pm, Monday-Friday.  Walks scheduled outside of business hours or on national holidays will include an extra +$10 charge.
